Sorry, but I must disagree with this comparison. The finger-gun to temple is not the most original pose, and putting two men in a suit in the same pose does not make this a copy. Every 'tormented-rebel' hollywood actor has been photographed like this at some point in their career.
As much as I love Sean Penn, this is not the most conceptual shoot of either men.
